In late May, Seacoast was proud to be a part of the 2024 Hearts for Heroes Fishing Trip. For over a decade, we've championed this incredible cause, offering wounded, injured, and ill veterans a chance to heal and connect on the Chesapeake Bay.

What is Hearts for Heroes? 

Hearts for Heroes provides veterans and their caregivers with the opportunity to join free half-day or full-day fishing excursions. It's a chance to unwind, bond with fellow veterans, and find strength in shared experiences.

Seacoast Salutes Shared Sacrifice

As pioneers of naval and shipboard cable for over 70 years, Seacoast understands the importance of camaraderie among our nation's heroes. This commitment is personal – many of our management and staff are veterans themselves. Their service fuels our understanding of the challenges faced by veterans, making our support for Hearts for Heroes even more meaningful.

In Mid-April, Seacoast, always committed to excellence, navigated the bustling floor of Sea-Air-Space, the flagship maritime exposition hosted by the Navy League of the United States since 1965. Amidst a sea of industry leaders, defense innovators, and military decision-makers, Seacoast's own Cory Mondschein strolled the halls, connecting with industry leaders and gaining valuable insights into the forefront of maritime excellence. This annual event unites the U.S. defense industrial base, leading private-sector entities, and influential military decision-makers from the sea services for a dynamic exchange of ideas and opportunities.
